These terms keep EarnedClub fair, readable, and ready for real athletes using public leaderboards, proof review, challenge rooms, and claimed profiles.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the performances, proof, profile information, images, links, and other content you submit. Submit real results, use content you have the right to share, and respect other athletes.
3. Verification Disclaimer
Verified status is an internal EarnedClub platform/community verification. It is not official sports federation certification, official race certification, medical validation, or professional athletic accreditation.
4. Moderation Rights
EarnedClub may reject proof, remove scores, moderate content, remove fake or manipulated submissions, adjust visibility, or remove accounts when needed to protect leaderboard trust and community safety.
5. Rankings And Hybrid Score
Leaderboards, ranks, badges, and Hybrid Scores may change because of new performances, scoring updates, verification actions, moderation decisions, or platform improvements.
6. Fitness Disclaimer
Training and testing are use-at-your-own-risk. Listen to your body, use proper technique, and consult a qualified professional before intense exercise, especially if you have health concerns or injuries.
7. No Service Guarantee
EarnedClub is provided as is. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free scoring, permanent availability, or any particular ranking outcome.
8. Public Profiles And Content
Some submitted content and performance data may be publicly visible, including display names, profile images, scores, ranks, verification status, challenge participation, and comparison pages.
9. Intellectual Property
EarnedClub branding, logos, page design, platform content, and product language belong to EarnedClub. Do not copy or misuse them in a way that confuses users or implies endorsement.
10. Community Materials And Sticker Usage
Users and community members are responsible for following local laws, property rules, and posting regulations when placing or sharing EarnedClub stickers, NFC tags, or promotional materials. EarnedClub does not encourage unauthorized placement on private property, protected areas, or locations where posting is prohibited. Community members act independently and are responsible for their own actions. EarnedClub is not liable for misuse, improper placement, fines, damages, or violations caused by third parties.
